
You should now be able to select Contacts by using the Address Book. To do so right click the Contacts folder and choose Properties-> tab Outlook Address Book-> select option Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book. If the Outlook Address Book service is added into the profile you can make any Contacts folder (so even the additional ones you may have made yourself already) show in the Address Book. Make sure that the Contacts folder is marked as an Outlook Address Book Press OK and close and restart Outlook.You’ll be prompted that you must close and restart Outlook for changes to take effect.Choose “Outlook Address Book” and click Next.Select “Additional Address Books” and click Next.If the Outlook Address Book service has not been added yet, press the New… button.If the Outlook Address Book service is added already, you should mark your Contacts folder as an Outlook Address Book.Outlook 2010 / 2013 / 2016 / 2019 and Office 365įile-> Account Settings-> Account Settings…-> tab Address Books.Tools-> Account Settings…-> tab Address Books Open the Address Book lists for your mail profile.You can add this service in the following way. In “Outgoing server (SMTP)”, enter 465Ģ1. Select SSL/TLS on the drop-down menu next to “Use the following type of encrypted connection” under SMTPĢ0. (Optional) In “Organization”, enter UCSBġ6. Make sure that “Mail to keep offline” is set to ALLġ4. Make sure that “Remember Password” is tickedġ2. “Password” should be their UCSBNetID passwordġ1. In “Username”, enter the standard username: Account’s username is the same as their email addressġ0. “Outgoing mail server (SMTP)” should be (or )ĩ. “Incoming mail server” should be (or )Ĩ. In “Email Address”, enter the appropriate email address (this can be the department email address or Connect address)ħ. In “Your Name”, enter a friendly name that you would like the recipients of your email to seeĥ.

Tick “POP or IMAP” option and click “Next”Ĥ. Tick the “Manual setup or additional server types” option and click “Next”ģ.

Log into Outlook and click on “Add Account” from the File MenuĢ.
